Mood track

In order to be happy, I wanted to understand my moods. I downloaded an app, moodtrack, that helps me track my mood and helps me understand when and why my mood changes. For example when I get a text from work I get angry, but when I write my blog or study I feel happy. After I eat I also feel happy and when I have to wait for something I feel anxious. This app is definitely helping me with my happiness project.
